Hello, my name is Ché Moore. I have over 25 years experience of providing mental health and psychological therapy. I'm an accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist (CBT), a registered EMDR therapist (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing), open dialogue practitioner and a registered mental health nurse.

I understand that seeking out psychological therapy and support can be a daunting process. Perhaps you are feeling down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Perhaps a GP or family member has suggested you might benefit from talking to a therapist.
My aim is to help facilitate a journey of growth, self discovery and change. I provide compassionate, person centred, evidence- based therapy to address many different psychological issues in a safe, supportive and confidential space. I regard psychological therapy as a very personal journey that can be long or short depending on your needs and what you'd like to achieve from therapy.
I have experience of helping people with many different problems that include; generalised anxiety, excessive worry, depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, low self-esteem, phobias, substance misuse. I have a specialist interest in helping people process traumatic experiences; PTSD and complex-PTSD.
